Returns and Exchanges

1. Unused and Unopened Products:

We accept returns of unused and unopened products within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation email).

2. Damaged or Defective Items:

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide a description and a photo of the issue, and we’ll be happy to offer a replacement or refund.

3. Allergy or Skin Reaction:

We carefully select gentle, all-natural ingredients, but everyone’s skin is unique. If you experience an adverse reaction, discontinue use immediately and contact us. We may request additional details or photos to help us improve. Refunds or store credit will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Non-Returnable Items

• Products that have been opened or used.

• Items purchased on clearance or marked “final sale.”

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

1. Email us at jenny@sheerbuttersticks.com with your order number, reason for the return, and any supporting details or photos.

2. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending back the product.

3. Refunds (minus shipping fees) will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Additional Information

• Shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was damaged or defective upon arrival.

• We reserve the right to deny returns or exchanges if the policy conditions are not met.
